As a principal of REVA Development Partners, James focuses on entitlements, financing and construction management. Prior to forming REVA Development Partners with Matt Nix in 2011, James spent more than two decades as a principal at Edward R. James Homes, where he managed and directed many of the firm’s high-profile projects throughout suburban Chicago.

Matt Nix has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development. As a principal of REVA Development Partners, he focuses on site selection, financing and operations. His experience includes development of apartments, condominiums and townhomes, and he has directed a broad range of projects, including large-scale, mixed-use suburban town centers, investment-quality, multifamily communities and small-scale, urban, multifamily and adaptive re-use residences.

Blake Lunt has a decade of experience in the real estate industry.  As real estate director for REVA Development Partners, he focuses on financial analysis, market analysis, valuation, and capital markets.  Before joining REVA Development Partners in January 2014, Lunt worked as a consultant on commercial real estate valuation and due diligence projects with Realogic Inc.
