AVERE on the High Line will be a 56-unit rental townhome development in suburban Denver, CO. The site is comprised of three separate parcels totaling approximately 4.11 acres located at 1860-1890 S. Quebec Way. The development plan proposes 11 three-story “tuck under” style townhome buildings with direct access two-car garages. There will be 44 three-bedroom units with two different floor plans, as well as 12 two-bedroom units. This product type has a proven track record and is designed to appear to a variety of renters, including young professionals, empty nesters, families and corporate transferees. This “purpose built” luxury rental community with professional management and maintenance staff will provide a high level of service to the residents.

Key features include close proximity to downtown Denver, abundant natural open space, adjacency to the High Line Canal Trail, and attractive vistas for residents. REVA is currently going through the final stages of the zoning and entitlement process with Arapahoe County and expects to commence construction in spring 2019.
