  • AVERE Northridge will be a 224-unit rental apartment development in Greeley, CO. The 12.68 acre site is located just east of Northridge High School along Grizzly Drive.  The development plan proposes seven three-story walk-up apartment buildings, a clubhouse with various amenities and outdoor pool, and a mix of garage, carport, and surface parking.
  • Having experienced rapid population growth over the past several years, Greeley has become a hub for young families and recent graduates in search of a cost-effective alternative to living in nearby Denver, Boulder and Larimer Counties. As a result, Weld County’s apartment fundamentals continue to outperform nearby markets, having absorbed over 44% of Northern Colorado’s apartment units over the past year, while managing to grow rents at an impressive year-over-year rate of 5.4%.
  • Construction is projected to begin in Q1 2023 with completion expected by the end of 2024.
