A 246-unit residential community immediately west of the Deerbrook shopping center is one step closer to reality. The Deerfield Village Board of Trustees Dec. 17 unanimously approved preliminary plans for the combination apartment and townhome project at the southwest corner of Lake Cook and Waukegan roads.

Chicago-based REVA Development Partners announced the start of pre-leasing at The Oaks of Vernon Hills, a 304-unit luxury rental community in Vernon Hills. The first residences will be available for move in this September. Leasing and property management is being overseen by Kinzie Real Estate Group.
Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management announced today that its real estate investment business (formerly RREEF Real Estate) has closed on The Oaks of Vernon Hills, a development project in Vernon Hills, Illinois, that will construct and lease 304 multi-family units on a 29.5 acre site.
