REVA Development Partners Announces VIP List to Serve High Demand For Luxury Rental Community Northgate Crossing in Wheeling
CHICAGO (September 17, 2015) — Chicago-based REVA Development Partners has created a VIP list to provide precedence to the large number of people who’ve expressed interest in residing at Northgate Crossing, a new 288-unit luxury rental community in north-suburban Wheeling, Illinois. Conveniently located between Lake Cook Road and Dundee Road on Northgate Parkway, Northgate Crossing is part of the Village’s ongoing redevelopment effort for its Town Center district, which is anchored by the municipal campus, fitness and aquatic centers, large scale Heritage Park redevelopment and an existing Metra Station. Current plans call for adding hundreds of luxury residences, shopping, restaurants and a boutique brew pub/theater concept to the area. The 20-acre Northgate Crossing development located two blocks north of the Metra station, will feature nine three-story luxury apartment buildings on a heavily landscaped, amenity-rich site. The residences will include one-bed/one-bath, one-bed + den/one-bath and two-bed/two-bath plans measuring approximately 696 to 1,212 square feet.
