- AVERE on Central will be a 92-unit boutique luxury multifamily development located at 464-480 Central Ave. in Northfield, IL. The 2.13 acre site is located just North of Northfield’s village commercial core and will provide a premier walkable location in the highly desirable North Shore submarket. The development plan is for four stories of residential above a partially below-grade parking structure.
- REVA received final PUD approval from the Village of Northfield in May 2026. REVA is focused on finalizing construction documents and capitalization, with a target of breaking ground in Q4 2026.
